Flower Essences are very low potency homeopathic remedies. Rock Rose flower is described as for panic, and there are other flowers for more specific types of fear--but I think this is a reliable support to reach for for many types of anxiety. It is gentle and you only need a couple drops. I'm continually amazed at how quick and effective flower essences can be.
I will never be without this. It works when I'm in a terror state, and it also helps my nervous dog who is unstable because of early trauma--she was used as a breeding dog in an abusive way. It has left its wounds. Bach remedies, specifically Rock Rose, Rescue Remedy, and Cherry Plum have worked to bring her back down to her body when fear has taken her out of it. So deeply appreciative for this product. . . for the both of us.
I have found Rock Rose to be very emotionally supportive during these crazy times. It restores calmness and settles my feelings of panic. I put 2 drops (not droppers) of Rock Rose into my water bottle and drink throughout the day.

The backflowers are excellent for calming. the mind and body. I use it during challenging times for myself and my kids (just 1 drop). I believe strongly in homeopathy. long time fan of Dr Bach remedies and i am collecting. right now I'm facing a very stressful situation and I already have aspen (unknown anxieties) I also considered minamulis (know anxieties) however i ordered rock rose as i am so stressed out it is bordering on panic at times... now the thing is.... I already have rescue remedy too. but there's always been something about that mix that feels "off" for me. I'm not sure which if the 5 flowers it is. so will be a process of elimination! I'm hoping for some relief from the intense stress I'm under and will update my results after a few weeks
