First of all, I have a doctorate in homeopathic medicine that I received in 1994. Weil rescue remedy is fantastic, the rescue sleep formula is even better. Contrary to what you might believe from the word sleep, it does not put you to sleep! The reason they call it rescue sleep is that the extra ingredient they added is an anti-ruminative. In other words, it stops you from looping or repetitive thoughts. It is not a sleep inducer. Rescue remedy sleep,in the spray or the tincture, is my go-to personally, and professionally, for any stress or anxiety. In addition, if I wake up in the middle of the night and allow my thoughts to take hold, I take a couple of drops and fall back to sleep. It is, by far, my favorite remedy out of everything I have ever studied. Also, it’s incredibly safe for babies and children, and will never interfere with any other medicine or supplement you might be taking.

This is great for when i wake up repeatedly overnight & just need a little something to relax & fall back asleep again. It is gentle enough that if I wake up an hour before the alarm, i quick spray this in my mouth and i can fall asleep again & wake up without any residual grogginess.

WOW, I am very impressed with this great product. I used it as directed after a very stressful event (a squirrel got in our house) and this really made a difference in helping me to relax after the fact. It works within a few minutes. I used it another time recently after some stressful news (regarding an in-law) and again, this worked within minutes. I plan to keep it on hand for the occasions when I feel overly anxious. This product deserves 10 stars. I hope it will always be available.
