Original Flower Remedies, Star of Bethlehem, 0.7 fl oz (20 ml)

I have used Star of Bethlehem on the past but now it is the first time I am using it plain (I had been using it either in mixtures with other Bach remedies, or as an ingredient within the rescue remedy). I am currently struggling with a depressive mood and this Bach remedy seems to be lifting the black veil discreetly and effectively enough. We are talking about subtle effects, but in conditions such as depression, even a subtle but definite effect is satisfactory.

I was very unsure about this.....but holy cow....I am a firm believer now. I have been in a state of shock from ptsd and in the middle of a heartbreak.... this was suggested to me, paired with the "Holly" bach flower......and it worked. It allowed me to move through an grief/anxiety episode with out becoming stuck in it.... i was able to get my kid ready for school when I normally would have fallen apart. iykyk.

Great quality ingredients to produce this remedy, you should not expect a fast improvement, rather based on a consistent use, a continuous improvement and relief.

I use Bach flower remedies regularly, especially the Rescue Remedy, where Star of Bethlehem is one of the ingredients. While some notice no change, perhaps those with a highly sensitive nature feel the effects more deeply.

Taste is just great, and it seem to have the positive effect that it talks about. Use it on days I feel a little down. Great quality.

Star of Bethlehem is helpful with processing grief. The taste is good and it’s easy to take. Tiny bottle though. Doesn’t last long.

Are used this for a couple of months was prescribed by my hemopath therapist. I use a few drops mixed with other types and with water and it worked great for me.
