after trying allithiamine ( a different form of B1 ) with no significant improvement I gave this a try. there's a lot of science out there for b vitamins as well as B1. I believe the majority of us are B deficient. be cautious though: all Bs need cofactors ( a good one with vitamins and minerals should be taken). Also extra B1 can deplete B12 and magnesium. it also needs potassium. so an electrolyte, B 12 and magnesium are in order, for me, Everytime I'm taking this. so far all my pins and needles are being kept at bay this way..
