These Tiny Tabs are perfect for my sensitive stomach—no nausea or weird aftertaste like other multivitamins! I love that they're gentle, food-based, and easy to chew (no swallowing giant pills!). I appreciate the quality of New Chapter supplements overall, but these small tablets are so much easier to take than the often huge pills that try to get stuck in one's throat. Six small tablets make up the recommended daily dosage, but being divided up also allows one to choose perhaps taking half the amount some days or perhaps upping it to 7 or 8 tablets if trying to get an additional boost. Flexibility and ease of taking plus quality means I will buy these again.
