Washed, soaked for a couple hours and cooked with bottled mineral water in a pressure cooker and it came out well. I used to have a problem with other beans not softening, I think my water is just too hard, but bottled water did the trick. The beans soaked nicely in only 2 hours. Next time I'll try to soak longer and replace the water in the middle to further reduce bloating effect. It seems to be fine quality, but still need to sift through them and take out bad ones.
