These are very tasty Garbanzo beans. They provide me with the protein I need and are high quality. I didn't find any beans that were bad. Also, when I test my glucose level in the morning, after having these for supper the previous evening, it is right where it should be.
I like my chickpeas in the organic variety as it tends to be a high glyphosate food product. it can be difficult to find at a regular grocery store and even difficult to just find them dry which I also prefer. Eden is great and offers many high quality products.

I really like Eden’s garbanzo beans. They are very flavorful and after soaking overnight don’t seem to need hours of cooking to soften like other brands. And they are nice and big which I also like.
