Great quality and it really works! Taste is not the best but you can’t expect it to be great as this is a cleanse. I’m always at least 5lbs lighter after doing this cleanse. If you can’t go #2 well, this works like a charm.

This product was recommended by a friend, and my husband asked me to purchase it for him. It works. Warning though, be prepared to be near a toilet all day. There is no specific time to gauge when it will make you have a bowel movement. So you wanna make sure you’re near a toilet at all times. One of the things he shared with me is that it does cause cramping so be mindful of that. If you need to cleanse your colon or having digestive problems, this might be a good product for you. I also remember him saying that the taste was not so good. He would mix it with apple juice.
This is a wonderful product. It is very effective not like taking psyllium where it can expand and cause discomfort. This product is gentle with a lightweight consistency and a very mild pleasant taste. I put it in a 1/2 cup of Atkins coffee shake and it creates a froth that is yummy. More importantly it WILL make you go. You can decide how much you need to use. It comes with a scoop so maybe you need a full scoop or maybe less, a half or a quarter scoop. Whatever suits you. Just know that with this product you will never be constipated again!
This thing works very well. For me, it starts working in about three hours. I would start taking it at home or near a bathroom until you get used to your body while taking it. In the past few months, I felt very sluggish and tired. When I came home from work, I always felt tired and worn out. So much more energy: I feel like I have so much more energy now. You might have stomach cramps. For me, they only lasted a few minutes. I heard that if you drink a lot of water, it really helps (about 8 glasses a day). The benefits for your gut are great. Great quality supplement. Good size.
This thing is so powerful it’s like a love hate thing for me. I took it at 10:40 pm last night, went to bed within 3 hours and had to goooo at 7:30 am. This stuff will have you on the toilet! You do get a mild cramp in your abdomen area but it’s to let you know that it’s time to go. People find it off putting but for me it’s a great signal and the cramp only last for brief moments. If you are constipated or severely constipated this will clear you out! Dedicate a day for yourself to use this. It’s impossible to go outside or work when you take this, you’ll be making several runs to the nearest toilet. This gets the job done every time. It’ll just clean you out completely !
