It gives shine to hair and nails and improves skin too. I have just finished the bottle and am very content with how my hair looks now. I would definitely recommend this herbal supplement. Besides it has adaptogenic properties, balances the mood. I've been also taking Doctor's Best vitamins D3 and K2 (MK-7).

I have been taking 1 pill/day for 3 months - and I noticed the improvement in my nails immediately. For the hair, I'll wait a little longer until I can say I'm 100% satisfied with the effect. However, an improvement is seen in the sense that the hair does not fall out as much. I chose to take only one pill to see how the body adapts and I didn't have any kind of reaction. That's why I intend to believe the dose. I recommend with confidence

The only supplement that i can see its effect quite quickly. after a week or two the hair are more radiant and bulky, nails get a natural color and get stronger. Amazing.
