When first bought, I was not aware that it can increase energy levels. I initially felt it, then I was reading about this benefit. I was attracted by its flavor straight away. It doesn't have much of a taste. One ingredient in a regular size capsule. I have been taking it for years (dosage: 1 cp/day).

The ingredient Rhodiola rosea, also known as arctic root or golden root, is an adaptogenic herb used to help the body resist stress, fatigue, and improve mental and physical performance. The dosage is whats recommended online. The size is a little on the bigger side however its not too bad. It has no taste. No improvement yet.

I have bought this a couple of times. The quality is good. The ingredients are as expected.
