I love this manufacture ~ clean organic supplements with nothing added. The expiration date is way out, which is nice since I do not take Ginger everyday. GINGER is great after meals, or when your tummy feels a bit off. It's also good for muscle aches and pains. The dosage is pretty hefty at 1000 mg per cap; so two caps may not be necessary. Superb overall!

an actual strong one. you can burn your stomach if you take it without food, but hey at least you know it is really working. it can literally warm you up from the inside - I guess a good winter supplement? ginger is the best.
