I use this to add to regular rice and vegetables to make pilaf. Make sure you rinse it thoroughly before use! After I rinse and drain, I add lots of spices directly into this product to let the flavors soak in before adding it to the regular rice and vegetables. It bulks up the dish and lowers total calories per serving.
I recently tried Miracle Rice as part of my low-carb/keto journey, and I’m pleasantly surprised by how well it fits into my meals. Made from konjac (a root vegetable), it’s practically zero calories and carbs, which is amazing for anyone trying to cut down on starches.
Great quality alternative! The primary ingredient is konjac flour, which makes it totally grain-free and extremely low-calorie. The 8 oz size bag provides a couple of good portions. A standard bowl dosage offers the benefit of a filling meal without spiking blood sugar. It easily absorbs the taste of whatever sauce you cook it in.
Great product. If you are counting calories, this is the product for you. Fantastic ingredient and neutral flavor to create your favorite low cal dishes.
This is a great replacement when you want lower carbs. Not exactly the same as rice but will do the job if you need it to!
i wish it was dry rice. it's wet in bag but i'm sure it tastes fine. i just wish it was more like normal rice
