Tippy South Cloud Made at a 100% organic tea garden with a mix of black and gold tipped leaves. The color emerges as a result of withering (moisture drying of the leaves), a critical step in processing of the leaves. Only a few areas in Yunnan contain the varietal of tea plant that produces golden leaves. Other areas known to have gold-tipped varietals are Hunan and Fujian provinces in China and Assam in India. Tippy South Cloud is excellent in the late summer months and, since it is a heavy oxidized (darker) tea, it maintains its flavor well over time. It tastes good with only slight bitterness in the first steep. Second and third steeps have no bitterness and still taste good. The leave size is prety small and broken. I'll probably buy this again, or try a similar tea elsewhere and decide which I prefer. Price is fair. I'd give it 4.5 if possible.

Tastes great, but not the best Yunnan tea I’ve had. Love the packaging I honestly think I’ll still using it after I run out of tea. For the price it’s definitely worth it, and the loose leaf makes it last longer. Though it’s not traditional it tastes great with milk and honey!
I am impressed with Tao of Tea for the most part but this one was a little shy on the flavor side. Will not buy again.
The tea is decent and perfectly drinkable, but it doesn’t have the same aroma as the Chinese teas from other brands that I’ve tried.
This is one of the best teas I tasted. Very mild, fine aroma, great taste. Quality is very high. A little pricey but it's worth the money.
I consistently have a good experience with this brand of tea. The packaging is solid and helps the tea stay fresh- I like that I can reuse the containers. They use high quality organic leaves and blends. This particular tea seems fairly caffeinated and has a nice strong flavor…I like to serve it has breakfast tea. Will definitely repurchase.
