This is my favorite black tea of all time. I first tried it and bought it when I was actually in Ireland. Then I was able to find it on iHerb. It’s smooth, never bitter, and has an almost natural sweetness to it that’s hard to explain. It has so much flavor. After trying black teas from Ireland and the UK, I could never go back to the watery black tea you find here in the states.

I read all the other reviews and yes everyone is right. This is perfect for milk tea! Very dark and flavorful. A bit of honey and milk makes this tea such a great cup. I also add small amount of brandy every once in a while at bed time. I should try Barry’s decaf!

I ran into Barry’s tea in London and started buying and ordering it whenever I went. This tea is rich yet mild flavoured, invigorating yet less jittery than English breakfast blends. I love the golden blend of this tea more, I think the Golden blend is more intense, but this is also very delicious.

This is my favourite tea. It’s so reliable and easy to make a great cup even if you don’t always get the water temperature or steeping time perfect. The flavour balance is just right for me: robust without tasting burnt bitter, fragrant, goes perfectly with evaporated milk and sweetener (I use stevia or monk fruit).
