I really trust the quality ingredients in Thorne products. My Naturopath recommended this to me along with NAC for Bipolar symptoms. it has made a huge difference in my life. I also had learned that along with a Keto diet and B1 and all the other B vitamins plus omega 3's, that would also help and it has. the capsules are quite small in size.I've tried other folic acid supplements but this 5 mg potency, and their 1 mg potency are keepers. this is my first time trying out the 5 mg so I'm just testing it to see what happens, so far so good. there's no niacin flush and you do have more energy so I'm pretty sure this would be great for depression also. I'm not a doctor however it was recommended to me by the Naturopath and I've been on this for years now because it make a huge difference.

I take this supplement because I want to get pregnant. I appreciate that I can take the best form of folate, the ingredients are of the best quality. The capsules are small in size, have no smell or taste. For my porpose, potency are really fine. Considering that most products use folic acid, this product is excellent because it uses the best form of vitamin b9.
I ordered this on June 24th and have been very satisfied with it. It works incredibly well, and I highly appreciate that it supports a vegetarian lifestyle with no animal products. The capsules are clean, small, and very easy to swallow daily.

B vitamins are essential, and so is this! Folic acid is always added to flour but unfortunately the body cannot use it, therefore this form is better - very happy with my energy levels and the ingredients . i will be ordering again!

The quality is perfect for the Thorne brand. Ingredient is just the best for my mom and her rheumatoid arthritis. Size is very good. The best amount of folic acid when you take several doses of other medications. Improves energy. Package is great and the full effect comes in about a month. Potency is too high to take it every day so I let her take twice a week. Good for metabolism and nervous system. No taste.
