I do high dose Vit C everyday with the powdered form mixed with L-Lysine. Bought this when Im out whole day or travelling. For those who cannot accept the sour taste of ascorbic acid should get it in capsule form too. This is a good C. The products I select are mostly clean without the fillers and additives. Please check my profile for my review on this same product that comes in powder form. This is a great product for those who cannot handle the "sour" lemon taste of the powder version. My wife & oldest child take this as an option to get a high dose of vitamin C. Has helped to keep most infections (colds) away compared to before!! I still prefer the powder version for mixing in with citrus drinks (fresh lemon, calamansi, etc.)!

The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have that weird aftertaste some brands do. I didn’t notice anything dramatic overnight
