I can not believe the relief I got after taking this product over a period of 6 weeks. It has given me pain relief from my arthritis pain. I have used this for a couple of months. The liquid makes it very easy to take...constantly swallowing pills can be a bit much. The flavor is good, I sometimes mix it with plain yogurt for the flavor. I have noticed my eyes are not as dry and my skin looks plump and youthful.
