This is a good sleep supplement in a soft get form. I like the soft gels because they act faster than a dry tablet or capsule in delivery to your body’s systems. They relax you gently urging you to go to sleep when you want to sleep but may have a little insomnia or can’t turn off your brain. They have melatonin so I mix them with the non melatonin Power to Sleep with California poppy. The quality of this brand brings me back to buy different supplements. It targets what you need with the right ingredients. The ingredients in this are varied with constituents/ingredients targeted for relaxation. The size is huge-120 capsules that will last me 4 months if I only take one pill a night, and 2 months for taking 2 per night.
