I can't sleep recently and I was recommended this by a supplements professional as on of the strongest sleep formulas. I will drink it with 1-2 capsules of passion flower (California Gold Nutrition)I am looking forward to receiving this and will write if I am disappointed or something
I recommend it. It works. I take a double dose - 4 capsules. One dose has little effect on me. After 45 years, I started having problems with sleep. I constantly take different drugs, I change every 2 months because I get used to it. Over 6 years of fighting insomnia, there have been leaders in insomnia drugs. I have just started this sleeping capsule because my home country does not permit melatonin supplements without prescription. I have tried started taking this supplement and have found that even at a dosage of half serving (ie 1 pill), it can help promote good sleep and ensure you actually get to sleep. Going by this, you get somewhere between 45 - 90 days of supplements depending on your dosing regimen. The ingredients include several well known sleeping aids such as Valerian Root and a few others. Overall, a good quality for the price you get.
It smell bad, the capsule can be smaller because what inside is smaller then the capsule itself, but it is doing its work and helping getting asleep better
The size of this capsule is just nice and it’s easy to swallow without much water. This is effective and does benefit me.
