I noticed stress relief instantly, took 3 before bed and 3 when I woke up. My digestive tract felt so calm, I was crying all the time when before I never did because I was stuck in fight or flight which is a great sign that my body was finally releasing the stress, I was sleeping so much and so much deeper than before. If I don't want to take my prescribed anxiolytic, I take this instead. You may get some lavender burps from taking this, but I don't find it to be annoying at all. In fact, I enjoy them! :D I recommend taking it right before a stressful event, such as a meeting, and right after work or before bedtime. The more you take it over time, the better it works (at least for me).

Definitely notice myself feeling more zen, can get the essence of lavender from the pill which is quite pleasant. I took two and noticed the effects during the day, usually quite snappy with the kids by the evening but this really took the edge off noticeably, will definitely buy again
