Stress Nutrients, 90 Vegetarian Capsules

51 yr-old woman. I was feeling anxious, depressed and exhausted for several months. I started taking this along with Adrenal Cortex from the same brand -- and almost one month in, I have to say that I FEEL MUCH BETTER! I have stable energy, I don't feel as negative and worried. Praise where praise is due. Seeking Health is one of my favourite brands because they use high-quality ingredients and minimal additives. I will update if anything changes.

I like effect of taking this supplement. Adrenal Nutrients supports a response to stress by supporting feelings of calmness, balance, and resilience. This unique blend helps to maintain immune responses, mood, and cortisol levels.

This is a carefully adjusted mix of a bunch of adaptogen ingredients with the right dosage. This seems like a high quality brand. For me one capsule a day was enough to get the benefit within pretty much the first 12 hours. Given the size of the bottle, it will last 2 to 3 months. Not sure why we're prompted about taste as these are capsules, you're supposed to swallow them with a bit of water, not chew on them.

I love all the products from seeking health and this one is no exception. A good possibility for everybody having issues with brain and adrenals.

Purchased this stress supplement from Seeking Health for my daughter. She takes it daily and we’ve seen some improvements in her stress and the management of it. Just reordered the next bottle.

It was prescribed by my doctor when I had some difficult times. It helped me with my moods and helping my body to recover and manage the stress. It is easy to take. The pills have no taste or smell. I liked the mix of the natural and quality ingredients.

A very good quality brand and supplement to help with adrenal fatigue

This was recommended to me and I wasn’t really sure if something like this would help me but I’ve been pleasantly surprised and I am a convert!! I’ve been sleeping again which is enough for me to keep with it!

It’s not bad but I guess is not amazing! I didn’t feel any difference or benefit. The size, ingredients and quality looks fine! Does not really have a taste which is great.
