This is a superior product as far as ingredients are concerned it provides just about everything one needs but something did not agree with me, stomach upset. Tried after a few day and again stomach upset.I gave these to my mother and she is fine with them just not for me. It's one of the best have everything in it but don't have vitamin k2 and iron
Was looking for a multivitamin decided to get Dr Mercolas multivitamin because I like their products. I been experiencing twitching under my eye now for 6 months. Thought it might be a symptom of magnesium deficiency but after taking these for a month I don’t see improvements so I am guessing it’s likely stress. Been cutting back on meat and carbs for a detox so this has been a great source of vitamin Bs.
I am really impressed with the quality of this supplement. I've also tried various other products from this brand, and I consistently find their ingredients to be effective and reliable. So I gave it 5 stars because Dr. Mercola has a lot of research behind all of his products. The conclusion is that this product has a superior quality. Can't really tell yet as it's too soon since I started taking it but this might be worth it. Overall, it's a valuable addition to my wellness routine. Size and age 👍
Although you have to take several capsules a day, it is an excellent daily multivitamin, good for meeting your daily vitamin needs.
This is a great supplement. I like the fact that it contains high quality forms of vitamins and minerals, which are all listed on the packaging. I don't take it every day, but here and there and I'm happy with it. The daily dose is 8 tablets though. The pills are rather big and hard, but that's not a problem for me, I can still swallow them easily. They do have a mild taste, but it's nothing crazy. The glass bottle is rather big but that is expected I guess as these vitamins are whole food, so I see it as a good thing :-)

These vitamins are amazing! They give my husband so much energy. He can feel the difference when he doesn’t take them. They are big capsules so you can take them one by one. Definitely makes a difference if you don’t take all of them. They taste good. Has ALOT of minerals your body needs.
