I like this brand "Now", its always good quality, strong ingredients and affordable prices. the size of caps is easy to take and dayly dosage is just 2 caps per day. Im fighting iron deficiency and doctor told me that the most natural and safest way to do so is to take bee pollen, i was not sure about powder so I got caps. I really hope it will solve my problem naturally and bust my immune system.

I've been taking these bee pollen capsules for a few months now and have noticed a real difference in my energy levels. They are easy to swallow and don't have any unpleasant aftertaste. I looked into different forms of bee pollen for consumption and from what I’ve come across, Bee Pollen capsules derived from bee pollen powder seems to be the best form to consume bee pollen as opposed to granules and other forms. The dosage and size here are good. The ingredient is in a concentrated form and is apparently without any reduction in quality.
