I’m a big fan of these Now brand methyl B-12 lozenges. When taking these daily, they help stabilize my B-12 levels and I definitely notice a boost of energy throughout the day. My B-12 levels were running low on my lab test and my doctor suggested that I take a methyl B-12 pill. Sure enough on my next lab test the results showed that my B12 levels had risen significantly and my doctor was happy with the numbers and told me to keep it up with whatever I was taking.
