One Daily Multivitamin, Iron Free , 90 Tablets

I have studied all the natural brands, and I think Mega Foods DailyFoods is one of the best. All the vitamins are natural. I emailed Mega Foods about the vitamin A, and they said it was from carrots and it was natural. When it comes to natural Multi's, I always check vitamins A, E and folate. Mega Foods appears to be a good natural full-spectrum product. They have a food-based synthetic line called Essentials, for people who want high-dose synthetic food-based vitamins. I always get iron-free - I don't need iron. I like this formula for the most part, but most people think zinc/copper should be approximately 10 to 1, so I'd prefer more copper (300-500 mcg copper - 5 mg zinc). I would prefer capsules. This one has no guar gum. This has a glass bottle and a child safety cap (I'd prefer a regular cap). I also sometimes use Garden of Life Vitamin Code Men's Multi.

I have haemochromatosis and try to ensure that I do not have excessive Iron in my supplements as I get more than my fair share from my diet. It's quite hard to find Iron Free supplements particularly for women who often have a deficiency so I was wrapt to find a quality product that I could use daily that was effective for my needs.

Have been taking a Multi Vitamin/Mineral for a long time and do like this one that is Iron Free. The best thing is I only have to take one a day. I was taking another one that was 3 a day and found this one does just as well.

This is a great multivitamin, and I appreciate the whole foods formula. It's not always easy to find a good multivitamin without iron. This is my second time ordering this one, and I'm very happy with it. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I was looking for the vitamins without iron. My iron levels are pretty high and it is dangerous to take extra iron without medical control because it can be toxic for the liver. The combination of minerals is very benifitial.

My regular purchase on iherb. Has all the necessary vitamins. Usually take a course 1-2 times a year. Definitely feel more energetic when I take those

It's hard to find a Multi-Vitamin without iron! MY body doesn't get rid of iron so I try not to introduce any extra if possible. Solid choice.
