Shatavari is a wonderful women's herbal supplement for anytime health care, but if you're on the ride of menopause, this can truly help balance your moods, emotions, and over all energy. Great for helping with menstrual cycles too. Wish I'd had known about it when I was younger for the mood swings.

One nice thing about this brand is the dosage is small, but still highly potent. The capsule size is very easy to swallow. I’ve found Paradise herb’s ingredient to be good quality across the board!
