I take one pill per day before breakfast as recommended by my nutritional therapist. I have Hashimoto's and take this after I've been taking 200-400 mg of selenium per day for a month.
This essential mineral is done right with this brand! They have the three types of iodine for best health. I was taking their same one at twice the dose and my tests were showing too high levels. This is the more commonly held to be proper amount. I am very sensitive and tolerate it well. High quality.
I use Lugols 5% solution at home, which is 6.125mg per drop, essentially the same as this capsule form. But when travelling I prefer not to bring liquid iodine. This product here is the way to go for travelling. It is more expensive than liquid, so another reason for just on the go.
