I placed this order on the 1st of Mach 2023 and it arrived today 8th of March 2023. The Life Extension brand looks good and nice to see a lower dose dissolve in the mouth tablets as like to take sublingually. My dosage is one 25mg tablet under my tongue and keep it there till it dissolves and absorbs. There is a slight bitter chalky taste but nothing too unpleasant. The pea size tablet is easily manageable and holds under the tongue without discomfort. The DHEA reference ranges are 2.41 to 11.6umol/L and my blood test which I carried out last week showed that my DHEA was 2.5umol/L which is at the lower reference range. I will take 25mg DHEA daily and after a month take another blood test to see if my DHEA has increased and then adjust my dosage if it hasn’t increased significantly.

You need to take it separately, with no additional ingredients. It’s good for immunity and has no taste. The size is sufficient and lasts a long time.
