I so pleased from the product. The quality is very good. The size is the smallest i have ever seen. The benefit to my hormonal health and balance, skin and appearance wonderful. The dosage for me is one per a day and I feel very well after using it. I haven't problem with the taste. I recommend it.
It is very good quality and this is a good dosage to work with. You can start at 25 and adjust all the way to a hundred. Be sure to have your DHEA-S levels tested before you start and during so you don't go over the recommended levels.
