The Healthy Origins Nattokinase is a great product which really works in thinning the blood. I have been taking this natto for about 9 months now. To make sure it is working, I test my blood fibrinogen every 4 months. I like to keep my fibrinogen below 300 mg/dl to reduce the risk for stroke or heart attack due to a blood clot. I take 3 capsules every 8 hours per day. My blood tests show that this brand works since my fibrinogen is well below 300 mg/dl. I used to take Allergy Research and/or Nutricology Natto, which are very high quality brands. But, they have become very expensive and I can't really afford them any more. I tried other cheaper brands, which did not work as well according to my blood tests. I am very happy that Healthy Origin brand is working as well as Allergy Resaerch and Nutricology brands. I absolutely recommend this brand specially if you like to thin your blood because of Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) episodes and you are an outdoor person. I am using this natto as a blood thinner since I get AFib once in a while. However, I like outdoors, hiking and camping. As a result, I don't want to take blood thinners like Coumadin or Pradaxa because I am afraid I can bleed to death if I have a falling accident miles away from the trial head. So, I thin my blood with natto and I make sure it works by doing a fibrinogen blood test every 4 months. The Healthy Origins Natto really works and it does NOT have any fillers either. Great brand. clean product!I take this as part of my systemic proteolytic enzymes with my bromelain, pancreatin, and serrapeptase. They must be taken on empty stomach. Enzyme therapy is so important for cancer healing as it breaks down fibrin. the "skin" covering cancer cells. With this coating, our immune system will fail to see them as evil cells so Im taking them ruthlessly while imagining stripping my cancer cells naked. It also reduces the side effects of chemo and is safe to take as its just enzymes. It is best to take a mixture of plany and animal enzymes for best effect. I suffer from severe Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and severe electromagnetic hypersensitivity. I noticed a review of the bottle of 60s that said low potency. I switched to this brand a while back and I have noticed no loss of potency. I use as part of an anticoagulant protocol to replace Coumadin. When I get a cut etc, I'm definitely adequately anticoagulated so I think the potency is just fine. I recommend this product.

My husband takes this regularly, and has for several years now. He is not one to take medications, so this is the next best choice for his blood clotting problem. His "PT" and "PTT" numbers come back in decent shape as long as he stays on this supplement. I do not have his problem or any family hx of it, but due to my age I decided to take this supplement as well. What I found was a nice surprise...it helps my memory..

For me it is good, though I see from other reviews that it is not strong enough (?). Now I am using it together with RAW Iron from GOL and I see indeed that they are helping me. I feel less cold, because I am pretty sensitive to cold weather and I have poor circulation from birth. It is 'heritage' from my grandma and daddy. But this year, together with healthy vegetarian/vegan diet and good supplements I feel better. Now in my country there is low temperature: -8 approx. and I am still walking with my short autumn parka and thin gloves. Previously I couldn't walk like that, I was in need to walk with thick coat, better gloves and so on. Would buy it again, especially in cold season.

I take nattokinase and lumbrokinase to reduce biofilm produced by fungus and bad bacteria in the gut. Nattokinase is not as strong as lumbrokinase but it is considerably cheaper. The nattokinase is from a non-GMO source and no fillers other than cellulose are used in the capsules.

this thing really helps my circulation to flow well. I work with computer and sometimes my neck gets unbearable. THIS is the only thing that really looses my neck. I use this brand for natto because is soy free and non-gmo and these are big deals for me. I notice the difference. I am so grateful!

I like the insurance of taking this supplement for heart benefit and this is a cost effective way to get the supplement. I have heard that eating Natto is not pleasant or has an "acquired taste" so I prefer this supplement.
