this is a perfect wheatgrass juice powder for morning, I mix it with water and drink empty stomach on morning, after using it for more than 2 months ( this is my 2nd bottle) it regulates my bowl movement and no constipation anymore .bt one negative is that it creates clump when u mix it, so use a shaker . Quality is top class , powder is very fine

But 1 package is not enough; in order to lose weight and improve your health, you need to take it for 2-3 months. The taste of the already diluted powder is similar to fresh grass. Wheatgrass is an excellent superfood that I have been taking for its many health benefits for many, many years. I am so glad to be able to purchase the 10.6 oz. This is the only place I have been able to purchase the 10.6 oz size.
This wheatgrass juice powder is absolutely great, first, it is good for health, I usually drink it with cold water or mix with yogurt, and its taste just so rich. As for the package, the plastic bottle is convenient to keep and use, I bought many brands of wheatgrass juice powder, and finally I pick this for my daily use.
I taking this to increase energy health and and it REALLY helps. I used to take fresh shots many years ago but do not do it anymore so wanted to test this one and i can say its a quality brand with a good taste. Be carful with the dose tho as it detoxes fast so start with a 1/3 teaspoon and gradually increase to about a teaspoon. If you get a headache you need to lower the dose. If taken with apple cider vinegar you will increase the miniral uptake. (I’ve added this to my current stack of supplements in my profile.)
