The capsules are not too big so they are easy to swallow but don't swallow all four at once to avoid choking suddenly. The capsules have no taste whatsoever, the supplement also doesn't have an unpleasant smell, only the scent of cinnamon that I smell. If in the future there are changes in our blood sugar levels, we will buy this product again. These pills have positively benefited me. I have been able to lose weight by taking these every day. I don't take the recommended four pills a day. I've been taking two pills a day and noticed the results.
