Resveratrol, 60 Vegan Capsules

I have taken MRM Resveratrol for ages. I am 71 years old. I've read numerous accounts that resveratrol can help to cancel out the effects of aging, by activating proteins called sirtuins which our body produces in times of stress. These in turn slow telomere shortening, naturally giving our body more time to heal. I have also read that resveratrol has also been shown to help stimulate cells to produce more mitochondria, the organelle responsible for providing energy.

My first time - after a good search for the quality one , the size and packaging is great - no taste - with great ingredients.. hope to get most benefit from it .. this brand always come cross my search when i looks for best ingredients. It’s the first time I try an anti aging supplement like resveratrol the size of the pills was good and after take it I felt more energetic also it’s a good for wrinkles and inflammation I felt it’s benefit after a week of use the package is good too
