I am very pleased tha this product has become available at iHerb as it is too expensive to get to Australia with the shipping cost. I beleive the ingredients are well thought out but I don't take the 4 caps a day as I take other products and find 1 or 2 are adequate as they are quite expensive with our low dollar. The quality of all of Dr D'Adamos are excellent as I take the "O" polyflora as well and love it.
