Say Yes To Dairy®, French Vanilla, 60 Tablets (30 mg per Tablet)

I have chewed a number of these tablets since receipt of them, but I continue to have intestinal issues after intake of any dairy product(s). The bottle doesn't specify if more than one tablet should be taken at one time, so I have only taken one before, during, or after dairy. I may switch to another brand.

Good price, good strength (I used to take 10,000 FCC but needed to break it depending on the amount of dairy I was ingesting), pleasant flavor. I like the fact that it is chewable and does not need water to be swallowed.

I tried different products for the lactose sensitive, this one does the job well. I take 1 or 2, depending on what I ate. The taste is actually good, not like the others with their tasteless chalky feel. Will buy again.

Best quality! The package is nice for shipping, and it works wonderfully! i take one before eating dairy and I don’t get sick or get stomach pains, it helps so much with digestion. I still get a bit bloated, but just as much as if had eaten salt, not painful nor important. the taste is pretty good, the only downside is that it’s sweet and it’s weird to have that flavor roght before eating savory foods lol, still worth it
