This is the best drink for the morning, but it is not recommended to drink Puer for the night. High-quality and properly cooked Puerh is very good for health. This is some of my favourite tea; it's amazing for skin and gut health, and is also awesome for weight loss! There are definitely pricier pu-erhs for those with more discerning tastes and a bigger budget, but this is an affordable organic version that I find quite enjoyable. ❤️

Had never ordered bricks before. Turns out you can re-use these up to 3 times. And the taste is amazing. NUMI teas are always excellent. This one is even better :-)

I’ve tried many Black Teas, but none conpare ti this. Excellent quality, taste and aroma. They claim it us high caffeine content and it is true! - high but still amooth in taste and effect. A little goes a long way!!

I make a TCM blend for nourishing lungs with Chinese pear, jujube dates, ginger, lotus seeds, lilly bulb and this puer tea in the last 5 minutes. so good.

This is the best brand of Pu-Erh around, and Numi's products always test well for heavy metals (yes, a shame we have to think of such things when we buy tea, chocolate, and so many other imported products). Not only is it "health-giving," I absolutely love the taste. So pleased to be able to obtain from iHerb, although (understandably) it is occasionally out of stock. Great product.

This tastes so good, you may overcaffeinate! I've found that it's fair to mix this with a bit of matcha, for the combined health benefits of both. the only downside is the price and the relatively small amount in the package, so if you love tea, stock up when it's on sale.

love the quality! the package is ego friendly. no unnecessary packing. the tea has caffeine. better not to drink it before bed. but we love to drink it after meal to reduce the blood sugar. the benefir of pu-erh tea is reduce blood sugar and promote digestion. The great thing is that it is organic!
