I have CMT - a degenerative neuro condition so thought i'd try some Nutramedix products, with their advice. I used Pinella & Parsley detox together, having already been using Mapalo & Burbur for neuro support. The Pinella definitely offered me clearer thinking, I understand now about the "brain fog lifting" comments from other users. Did it help my CMT? It hasn't gotten any worse...
This was recommended by my chiropractor for some post-Lymes help with dizziness/memory. I think it is helping though I can't be sure. You have to remember to take it which makes it harder than other supplements. There is no taste ( you need to mix it with a little water).Bought another bottle too.
I have small knowledge of the Nutramedix products/Cowden protocol but I do know "Burbur Pinella" is very important to helping allieviate herxing during detox. It is written right into the protocol to back off if other drops and take BP if you start herxing. My friends and I had wonderful success with the two herb mix, and most people do. However, someone close to me strangely reacted very strongly to only a few drops of BP and never could handle a full dose. He felt drunk and dazed. I just discovered NM sells Pinella separately and decided to see if he would handle it better. No poor symptoms! Still good support during detox!
Powerful detoxifying effect. At first, a single dose of 4 drops caused my heart to flutter (detoxification reaction). I went back to 1 drop every other day for a week and gradually increased the dose to 4 drops per day. Felt much better and had more energy.

I am taking some supplements against candida and SIBO, and this one helps to decrease the intoxication effects, i mix it with water and take 2-3 times daily. A bit expensive, but worth it!
