Oligonol®, 100 mg , 30 Vegicaps

After reading a blog post from a guy I follow for supplementation, body building and protein information, I tried this product to try and tighten loose skin from a large weight loss ten years ago. In five months the difference is noticeable and amazing - i was so surprised! I still have a ways to go but I definitely will keep using this product. I'm also noticing a difference in my upper arms as well as my mid-section. A fantastic product!

Im very sensitive to supplements and I react to a lot of things even if they are healthy. This supplement has been great! No reactions and Ive experienced a real uptick in my energy and my focus. I love this product and will continue using it. I believe it is high quality and making a positive inpact on my overall wellbeing.

I take oligonol every summer as it really does reduce my appetite and help me keep from gaining weight. I live in a Mediterranean country so the high summer heat makes me much more sedentary than the rest of the year when I am very active, so this is very helpful to me. I notice less cravings and feelings of hunger and seem to feel full more quickly. I take one of these small capsules once a day, as well as another supplement from iHerb which also contains 100 mg of oligonol, once a day. I find that 200 mg per day works better for me than just taking 100 mg. Apparently it is also good for your skin, but I have not noticed that effect. Will update my review if I see changes.

This supplement is quite interesting, and I’d give it 4 stars. The smell is mild, and the capsules are easy to swallow. The taste isn’t noticeable, which is fine for vegicaps. The package is small and convenient for daily use. I noticed a real benefit in feeling more energy while taking it, even though I used it for only a month. It seems made with quality ingidient, and I might continue using it.
