Great high quality ingredient is this milk thistle. The pill size is small so easy to swallow. It has no bitter or any bad taste. Not sure how it regulates bile and helps nutrients absorption but i know it helped me with constipation so i guess it worked well. This is a really good supplement that benefits in overall health and better liver. The package was in good condition.

It can interact with other medications that you're taking, so make sure you ask your doctor before you take it. I think I got this for its pancreatic benefits to your pancreas, and I'm not sure if it helped but it is, it does have antioxidant properties. It is made with milk thistle. The size is decent.
