Methylcobalamin B-12 & Folic Acid, 60 MicroLingual® Instant Dissolve Tablets

Please note that vitamin B12 in a well-digestible form can be deposited in the liver during course administration. But folic acid is in its usual form. If you have disorders of the folate cycle (the MTHFR gene is broken, elevated homocysteine, etc.), then it is the active form (methylfolate) that is needed. You can make yourself worse by taking regular folic acid. It is better then separately. And they dissolve under the tongue really quickly, they taste sweet due to the addition of lactose.

I use that product for years. I know that it keeps my memory, because when I started to forget too often, I found that I stopped using it, for some reason... My memory came back to itself quite quickly after I started to use it again. I use the methyl version, to avoid Cyanide in my body.

I've used this almost daily more than a month now, and I defenitely feel that I'm more energetic and positive so I would say the quality is good and has potency. The small tablets dissolve quite quickly under the tongue and don't have any real taste to them which is good. I take them immediately after I brush my teeth in the morning. I recommend you read a bout B12 before buying any kind, as there are two kinds, one synthetic form and one natural form which is supposed to be better absorbed. This one has the natural form.

so small size and easy to dissolve under your tongue. Good taste. I love it includes a good amount of folic acid with it. I'm trying to not get b12 injections as often so hopefully this will be absorbable enough. Decent potency but it's small enough I wouldn't mind it be bigger and higher b12 content. That's all though.
