Great quality product with good ingredients. Great size bottle with a lot of tablets inside. (Dosage) Last a long time depending on how many you take. Taste is not too bad, taste like nothing really but super benefiting to my insomnia.

Initially when I first purchased this, I wasn't keen on it. However, after using for some time, I prefer it to other brands I have used.

This is great for people who have issues with their esophagus/ swallowing as it melts in the mouth. It is also very strong and has no sugar which is pretty awesome. If you have upper digestive issues/ esophagus then I can't recommend Melatonin enough, especially this one. There have been many studies on the topic if you wanna google them. Will defo buy again.

These work well, small size tablets that dissolve well, don’t taste amazing, sleep well when taking and I don’t wake up feeling groggy
