I buy this multi as it’s the only one that I can find that doesn’t have high biotin, which ironically makes my hair fall out I like that it’s food based ingredients and the vitamins and minerals are not crazy high doses so I know that I can take it and safely fill in any gaps in my diet I find it to be of high quality and that care has been put into it. I love that it’s only one daily; I take it in the morning and cal/mag in the evening for best absorption
