I was taking these multivitamins for more than 3 years from iherb reasonable price , Useful vitamins that strengthen immunity and increase energy, specially formulated for women in their forties. The tablet size is medium, with a light smell similar to vegetables. I always take the tablet after breakfast or lunch. I will continue buying it.

Recently discovered this brand at a better price point, so gave it a try and found it just as great (though it does appear that its price has gone up).
