Had a mild yeast infection and this cleared it up after a whole bottle. It even helped with my eczema flare-up, which I suspect is due to candida abundance in my gut. However, beware it changed the smell of my sweat into an ammonia like scent and it also upset my digestion at first but my stomach got used to it eventually. Supplements taste very garlicky but I didn’t mind.

This size is enough for one month and the benefits are noticeable. I would recommend their suppositories as well. I found them very effective.
