It works great!! i am 23 yrs old and never been going daily before this!! i have flatter tummy and feeling clean inside which is the best thing i have ever done for my body **update: i really loved this supplement, but i was surprised when i was searching for list of herbs that causes liver damage one of the ingredient of this product was listed and not just liver damage!! Casara might cause cancer if not death when used for long term, i used to take this supplement happily every day for 7 days as directed then take break of 2 days and resume, i know i need sucha help to keep my bowl function regular so i cannot stop taking this supplement completely, but i think i'll just take it one capsule a week :(

I had a collapsed bowel and stomach in 2009. After thousands of dollars on prescription drugs, I threw everything away and started taking this product in Feb., 2010. I take it every other day because it works. I did take it everyday for about 6 months, but have cut back. My daughter also takes it when needed and she totally believes in this product also. I have down many testimonies to friends and families about this product. All response has been totally positive. Thanks and KEEP MAKING IT!!!!!!!!

Too early to tell if it works the next morning or if I had to wait 2 days of taking it before it works. As long as it works I'd be happy. But I have tried senna teas and they sometimes work sometimes not. This had some other ingredients so I am hooping it will work.

I have used this for 20 years. It’s very gentle but it works! 2 a day, morning and 2 again at night.

I like this brand of herbal laxatives because they are gentle but work. I like this version and the Ultra and go back and forth between both. I've bought this again, I really like them. I don't think the Ultra works any better than these, to be honest. I'll stick with these since they're cheaper! :)

It works :) But be aware that if you are taking it several days/nights in a row you will have a very uncomfortable feeling in your belly and sometimes an immediate urge for toilet.

I bought it after reading the positive reviews (such as natural ingredients, regular size, normal taste), but unfortunately, it doesn't work for me! I don't see any benefit. Sometimes, I get the opposite result, such as constipation and bloating. You still can give it a try since it's not that expensive. It depends on your body!! After a couple of uses, it starts working.. so I decided to modify my review
