I'm huge tea lover, the good quality ingredients, rich taste of rooibos, caffeine free which is great because I'm sensitive to caffeine, very beautiful packaging looks luxury, can be great gift 🎁
I really liked the package of the tea, it's cute and durable, and the taste of the tea itself is very gentle and mild. Maybe a little too mild for my taste, but it's still perfect for the evening because it doesn't contain caffeine. The composition is simple and natural, although there's not much of the other ingredients listed on the package and rooibos prevails. I like to have various teas in rotation, so I think this size can will last me a few months.
Our absolute go-to evening drink. It brews into a smooth, richly aromatic cup with a lovely balance of floral, sweet, and subtle mint notes. Just make sure to use an extra-fine mesh infuser since the rooibos is a very fine needle cut. Stays remarkably fresh in the tin, too.
This is a beautiful, healthy, high quality tea. Very calming in the evening and I love the organic ingredients. It tastes yummy and helps me settle in and relax before bed. Good value, many servings in the container and should last me a while. I love that there is no caffeine.

The Tao of Tea offers servings in bags and in loose leaf. Tea aficionados will always recommend loose leaf along with precisely heated water. Temperature is apparently important. Rooibos tea has some interesting benefits. There are quality ingredients in each serving. The product is packaged nicely and is caffeine free. Enjoy!
I'm quite disappointed, as the tea did not meet my expectations. While the rooibos base is pleasant, I could barely see any rose petals—it looked nothing like the picture. The flavor also tasted like plain rooibos, with no noticeable notes of chamomile, rose, or lemon verbena. The tea leaves were very finely crushed and cut into small pieces, making it hard to identify any of the listed ingredients. While the packaging is high quality and visually appealing, it feels as though the company may be cutting corners with the actual product, which is especially frustrating given the high price point!
