This was recommended to me by AI. I took 2 for digesting 12 tubes of penne rigate pasta. The rest I ate in the salad I digest well on my own (chicken, egg, tomato, spinach). Pretty impressive. These are awesome. They taste great. They help with digestion. My kid actually asks for them when she knows she needs them for a large meal or if her stomach is acting up. Another reviewer said they noticed stuttering with their child...stuttering might actually be a good thing in a child with speech issues. It is often a sign of a leap forward about to happen in regards to speech. We've experienced stuttering with other supplements that help with detox but maybe detox is going too fast. We have not experienced it with this product, but I'm sure that could happen if gut issues are playing a part in the speech issues. The gut/brain connection is huge. Good product, great for all ages.
