Amazing price for the big package and amount of ingredients/vitamins!! Pretty big sized red pills but not problematic to swallow, like any multivitamin. I believe the quality’s good because I trust the brand. I’ll start taking it daily from now on. Never saw a multivitamin this rich in different vitamins yet this cheap, will def order again! :)
Therapeutic-M from 21st Century is a well balanced Multiple vitamin and mineral tablet with no too much Vitamin B and little iron, very total and efficient.
This incense stick from pine resin. The resin is hard and fragrant. I melt it with makko powder into sticks. The sticks burn slowly and smell like forest. My meditation space is sacred. The resin comes in a paper bag.
