I bought it to control my cholesterol it’s the first time I try this beta sterols since I’m against any statin medicine for its side effects than benefits when 3 months done I will go for a blood test then update here if there is any difference on my ldl level

I have had high LDL and HDL since it was first estimated 30 years prior. Last year it was up altogether, and I was strict in taking the suggested portion double a day for the last year. My new examination showed a 50 point decrease in my LDL. The genuine test for me will be to support it after some time. I would have rather not take statins, and presently have figured out how to put that off at minimum for some time. I am with a bad lipid profile and had been taking this for the past two months. So far so good and last i cheked my profile a week ago the readings are improving.

Softgel size is standard and dosage is typical for plant sterols support. Benefit includes cholesterol and prostate support, but formulation could be cleaner. Ingredients are functional but not ideal for sensitive users, reducing overall appeal despite decent effectiveness.
