This is an excellent product. I love Bach flower essence and this is a wonderful ingredient blend. It tastes great and works well. I tend to wake up and have a hard time falling back to sleep and this is my go to big quality product. This is a family favorite! It’s such a relief to get back to sleep.

A bit overpriced compared to the usual bottle, but it’s effective nonetheless, just one capsule on the tongue before bed and I feel the calming shift. I like the ease of use and the homeopathic formula fits well into my wind-down routine.
